MaleMaxx is a concept idea that Dr. Cliff Shipley and Dr. Rick Balsbaugh have tried to perfect after reading a peer reviewed paper from a major university where the sex ratio of the offspring was altered from approximately 50:50 to approximately 70:30 male: female through dietary change

Dr. Shipley is a veterinarian with almost 40 years of clinical and consulting experience and has been raising whitetail deer, mule deer and elk for almost 20 years.

Dr. Balsbaugh is a PhD in animal nutrition and has worked in the feed industry for 39 years. He has worked with all species of livestock including cervids, for a major feed company
